Happy July! Just an FYI: we are closed on July 4th so we can all be with our families and friends for the holiday.

Yes, the owner is relocating! Therefore, Muggs Bar and Building are for sale. The asking price for the bar is $75K and the price for the building is $200K. The bar has a D5 license and the Building has 4 apartments. Three apartments are upstairs and 1 apt. is down behind the bar. The owner is relocating out of state. Owner will consider financing the bar but buyer must get a bank loan for the building.
